Responsibilities: 

• Coordinates and manages the planning, execution, monitoring, and review of the projects
• Plan activities and tasks that will deliver the desired initiative results and oversee day-to-day work and monitoring of initiative progress towards goals and milestones
• Cooperation with the Product Owners and development teams
• Identifying risks & issues with a focus on how to resolve quickly or workaround
• Coordinate and conduct projects meetings and prepare regular reporting to communicate the status of initiatives to stakeholders
• Make sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits
• Monitor human resources project utilization
• Performance evaluation of the project
• Writing project progress reports and submitting them to the stakeholders and upper management
• Taking part in discussions with clients about roadmaps and issues

Skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT industry
• Excellent people & communication skills. Your bias is reaching out proactively to clients to keep projects moving forward
• Decision-making and time management
• Problem-solving and organization skills
• Leadership abilities and conflict management
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Great communication skills and knowledge of English (minimum B2)

Big plus:

• Familiarity with basic web design and development process

We are looking for a talented and motivated creative director to lead our company’s creative department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team.

As the creative director, you will work closely with graphic designers, UX/UI designers, visual artists, content creators, and digital developers to deliver engaging content that meets our customers’ expectations. You should be extremely creative and dedicated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Quality conceptual thinking, strategic communication, and visual aesthetic.
• Execution of assigned jobs from brief through delivery.
• Conceptualized campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials.

If you are a talented or skilled web developer we can count on, if you love object-oriented PHP programming, and you would like to be a part of a team that works together to deliver sophisticated WordPress projects with the highest code quality, then you are probably the one we have been waiting for.

You will be responsible mostly for what happens on the server side of some of the most exciting and demanding WordPress applications and for handling some more complicated JS tasks on the client side.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of WordPress and WooCommerce projects.
• Problem-solving and testing proposed solutions with MVPs and prototypes.
• Together with other teammates, you will develop modern and advanced WordPress solutions with state-of-art code quality in the eCommerce area.
• Collaborating with developers from other teams to create modular, extensible PHP and JS solutions (plugins, packages, blocks, and components) for reuse across projects.
• Work with a custom WordPress framework that is based on the MVC pattern.
• Further develop ideas for next-gen project solutions, including headless CMS, GraphQL, REST API, and VueJS.
• Assist in the maintenance or enhancement of existing client sites.
• Communicating with the client about technical requirements, reporting progress, and clarifying issues.
• Performing code reviews and addressing feedback.
• Coaching and mentoring members of the team.
• Contributing to our internal products and open-source projects.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience.
• Solid knowledge of and working experience with object-oriented PHP and JavaScript (specifically Vue and React).
• Familiarity with PHP (Composer) and JS (NPM/Yarn) package managers.
• Experience with REST API and/or GraphQL.
• Team-oriented behavior and good communication skills.
